Uploading a recent profile image helps create a sense of community, and helps your peers and lecturers recognise you.

When selecting a profile image, please:

• Select a recent photograph.
• Make it a head and shoulders image, facing the camera.
• Crop it to a square image, resized to 300px x 300px. (This will also help reduce the file size of the image)
• Ideally save it as a JPEG image file.

Also upload your photo to your Microsoft profile, by following these steps:

1. Visit this page: Change your Microsoft account picture
2. Select the account type ‘Work / school account’.
3. Follow the steps listed.
