You can export a narrated PowerPoint presentation as a video, and then upload to Media Hopper Replay or Media Hopper Create.

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation, and check the audio plays on the slides.

2. Click the File tab, then the Export link in the left-hand sidebar.

3. Click the Create a Video button.

4. Change the quality setting to HD (720p).
   • On older versions the setting is named Internet Quality.

5. Ensure that ‘Use Recorded Timings and Narrations’ is selected.

6. Click the Create Video button.

The video will take some time to export, but can be left to complete. You will see a small progress bar at the bottom of your PowerPoint window. Do not close PowerPoint while this process takes place.

Upload to the video to another service

Once the PowerPoint has finished exporting to video, then you can upload the video file to Media Hopper:
